Lisa attends the first screening at the Ojai-Ventura International Film Festival  of the documentary film "Ingredients," and bumps into local food activist, Marty Fujita of Food for Thought, who participated in the post-screening panel discussion. Following the two-minute interview with Marty, Lisa offers her brief review of the film. It's an excellent film! Go see the second screeing tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. at Matilija.
